When an aging air conditioner gives out during a Louisiana heat wave, a home in Covington can turn miserable in a matter of hours. High St. Tammany humidity puts constant strain on cooling equipment, and systems that once ran fine start short-cycling, leaking, and driving up Entergy bills before they finally fail. If your unit is 12 to 15 years old and needing repairs every season, replacement is usually the smarter long-term move.
At Air Orleans, our owners bring decades of combined HVAC experience to every installation in Covington with our air conditioning services. Lead by Mike Lanoue, who has worked in the trade for 30 years, and Raiko Piloto, we size and install each system correctly the first time because a poorly sized AC in our climate never truly keeps up
Every cooling system replacement in Covington follows a clear, seven-step process so you know exactly what you're getting:
Air Orleans also handles the required permits and inspections through St. Tammany Parish Permits and Inspections, so your Covington installation stays fully code-compliant.
